Registration for Family Services

The Karp Family School at Mishkan Torah is pleased to hold a family service on the first day of Rosh Hashana from 10:00 am - 12:30 pm and on Yom Kippur from 10:00 am - noon.  An adult must accompany their child to the service, but may leave to join the adult service after they meet the leader if the child is comfortable.  Please use the form below to register for Family Services.   A copy of your responses in the form will be sent to your email address.
