Harvard Press just published an expose on the FCC stating that "consumer safety, health, and privacy, along with consumer wallets, have all been overlooked, sacrificed, or raided due to unchecked industry influence" and "It is these hardball tactics that recall 20th century Big Tobacco tactics”  In this multimedia presentation, Ms. Scarato will detail the interesting history of cell phone research and regulation in the United States. She also will give an update on how US policy contrasts with other countries, with a focus on Israel’s Supreme Court Case and government activities.
