Informal classes cover a wide variety of topics - Biblical, historical, and sociological. A general topic for the coming year is announced every fall.
The Yiddish Club's goal is to experience Ashkenazic Jewish history and culture through the medium of theYiddish language. We use a variety of materials such as movies, poems, books, CDs, and magazines to teach us vocabulary and to open a window for us on our cultural heritage.You don’t have to know how to speak or read Yiddish, and you don’t have to come to every meeting. All you need is a love of Jewish culture and a desire to learn and have fun.
The professionally led choir performs at High Holiday services, special events and publicized concerts. Membership is open to all.
The Men's Club bonds men of varying ages, backgrounds and talents. The group hosts several annual programs, including the Super Bowl party and Mother's Day Breakfast.
Social Action Committee
The Social Action Committee provides help to the community at large and keeps members informed about a whole range of social issues.
In addition to providing friendship, the Sisterhood boast a full calendar of highly anticipated events that include cultural outings, book discussions speakers, and holiday programs.
